How is ICUMSA Sugar produced?

ICUMSA Sugar undergoes a meticulous refining process, starting with high-quality sugarcane or sugar beets. The sugarcane is harvested, cleaned, and crushed to extract the juice. The juice is then clarified, filtered, evaporated to form syrup, crystallized, and centrifuged to separate the sugar crystals from the molasses. Finally, the sugar crystals are dried and packaged.
